3-Day Holy Tour of Varanasi and Ayodhya

Day 1: Varanasi Arrival and Ganga Aarti

Day 1 begins with our driver picking you up from your arrival location in Varanasi—airport, railway station, or some other location specified by you. You will be driven to your pre-booked hotel where you will check-in. In the evening, we will take you to see the renowned ceremony of Ganga Aarti in Varanasi. The sound of mantras and holy prayers being chanted along with conch shells and bells and the sight of huge lit-up oil lamps offers an experience that stays with you for a long time. After the aarti, our driver will drop you back to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Varanasi Sightseeing and Drive to Ayodhya

In the morning, you will be provided with a complimentary breakfast at the hotel. After a hearty meal, you will check out of the hotel and join us on the Varanasi sightseeing tour. We will begin with the Kashi Vishwanath Temple—a famous Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. Then we will head to other popular temples like the Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Mandir, and Bharat Mata Mandir. Later, visit Sarnath—a popular Buddhist pilgrimage site which is also where Buddha gave his first sermon. You will also get to explore the various ghats on the banks of the Ganga River.

After exploring the Spiritual Capital of India, we will drive you to Ayodhya in the evening. After about 4.5 hours, you will arrive in Ayodhya and check into your hotel to spend the night.

Day 3: Ayodhya Sightseeing Tour and Departure

Day 3 will cover the most awaited aspect of this package—the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple tour. After relishing a delicious breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and join us on the Ayodhya excursions. First, we’ll visit the remarkable Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. Inaugurated in January 2024, it has quickly become one of the most popular pilgrimage sites in the country. Next, we will take you to Hanuman Garhi—another popular temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Then, we will visit King Dashrath’s palace—the Dashrath Mahal and a temple dedicated to the couple Ram and Sita—the Kanak Bhawan. Finally, we will take you to Ram Ki Paidi, a serene riverside location on the banks of the Saryu River.

After you have explored all these landmarks, we will drop you at the airport or railway station in Ayodhya, as per your preference, and this will mark the last activity of your 3-day Varanasi and Ayodhya tour package.
