    Our representative will come to receive you at the railway station or the airport and drive you to the hotel. After check-in and breakfast, your Sarnath day tour will kick start by exploring this ancient Buddhist pilgrimage site. It holds profound significance for Buddhists globally, as Gautam Buddha preached his first sermon to his disciples here, after attaining enlightenment at Bodh Gaya. Popular things to do in Sarnath include – visiting the Dhamek stupa, Ashokan pillar, Dharmarajika stupa, ancient Buddhist monasteries, and museums of Sarnath. After Sarnath's visit, our chauffeur will drop you off at the hotel. Later in the evening, you will be taken to experience the divine Kashi Ganga Aarti performed on the banks of the river Ganges. Finally, our chauffeur will drop you off at the hotel.

  • Day 2 (29-11-2024)

    Day 2: Full-day Varanasi pilgrimage

    Next morning, your Varanasi city tour will commence with a boat ride on the banks of the holy river Ganges, around 5:30 AM - 6:00 AM. The morning in Varanasi helps you look at the spiritual side of life. The floating diyas in the holy river Ganges and echoes of the divine chants of Goddess Ganga, create a mystical spiritual energy all around the city. While boating, you will also see Manikarnika Ghat, one of the sacred cremation ghats. As per the Hindu scriptures, it is believed that with the blessings of lord Shiva, the cremated body attains moksha or liberation after the last rites.

    After the boat ride, our chauffeur will drop you back to the hotel. Post-breakfast, you will be taken to explore the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Sankatha, and Kalabhairav Temple as included in the Varanasi tour package.
